At Cheztoon, we want to offer you a safe space to play, shoppe and learn. We provide great product descriptions, measurements and photos to help you in making an informed decision before your purchase. Please read all product details, measurements, and listed ingredients carefully before your purchase and feel free to contact us with any product related questions.
All sales are FINAL. We will only accept returns or exchanges for products with a manufacturer defect. Given the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on purchased products unless defective upon delivery. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers.
We ask you to check all products immediately upon receiving them to ensure that everything is in good working order and that you have received exactly what you ordered. If there is a manufacturer defect in any product we sell, we will replace it with the same item if you contact us within 15 days after the product has been delivered to you.
How to return a defective item:
Please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days after the shipment has been delivered to request a return authorization. Pre-authorization is required. Once your return is approved, you will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must accompany your return in order to be processed. We will not accept any return without one.
Once you receive your RMA number, please return the defective item(s) in their original packaging, within 30 days after the shipment has been delivered, to the address we will provide you. Items returned without original packaging will NOT be refunded or exchanged, so please keep all packaging for the 30 day return period. If you have further questions or problems, please contact us.
Undeliverable & Refused Packages
Orders returned due to incorrect shipping address or refused delivery are subject to a 25% restock fee. Shipping charges are not refundable.
