Orders and payment FAQs

  • How can I add an item to my cart?
    • On the product page, click the “add to cart” button.  
    • From a collection page or from the All Products page, click “quick view” for any given product, then click “add to cart”.
    • From your wishlist, click “add to cart”.
  • How can I place an order?
    • When you are ready to purchase, go to MY CART and click “checkout”.  MY CART can be found at the top right hand corner of the page as well as a pop up screen every time you add a product to your cart.  Once you have chosen all of your items, click the “Checkout” button.  Fill out the necessary information and choose your desired payment option.  Once you complete your order, you will receive a confirmation number at the top of the page.  You will also receive an order confirmation via email.  
    • You can also place your order by choosing an Express checkout option: Amazon Pay or PayPal.  
  • Which payment options are available?
    • We offer all major payments like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or via Amazon Pay, PayPal or Afterpay.
  • What is Afterpay?
    • Afterpay is a payment service provider that takes end-to-end responsibility for your payment.  Afterpay allows you to pay over 6 weeks.  Click here to learn more about Afterpay.
  • Can I place my order over the phone?
    • All orders must be placed online.  Orders will not be placed over the phone.
  • Does Cheztoon have a store I can visit?
    • Cheztoon is an online ecommerce business. We do not have a physical location that is open to the public.  
  • How do I cancel an order? 
    • Please email us right away at after placing your order if you wish to amend or cancel it.  If your order has already been processed, we are unable to cancel or make changes to it. 
  • What if I provided the wrong delivery address or refuse the shipment?
    • Orders returned due to incorrect shipping address or refused delivery are subject to a 25% restock fee.  The returned item will be funded and can NOT be shipped back out on the same order.  Shipping charges will not be refunded. 
  • How do I use a discount code/ gift code?
    • At checkout, there is a box field on the right hand side where you can enter a gift card or discount code.  Once you enter, hit ‘Apply’.

  • How old must I be to order from
    • You must be at least 18 years of age to order from  We will never knowingly ship an order to any persons under 18.  By using this site you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
  • Is it safe to order on
    • Yes! It is safe to shop at Cheztoon. We promise to keep your name, address, credit card details and any other information you provide us secure.  Your details are scrambled using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption.  Once your order has been processed securely on, we do not keep any record of your credit card details.  Your card details are verified automatically online by a leading processor of secure online payments.  If you have any questions about secure shopping with us, click here to contact us.
  • What is an SSL certificate?
    • An SSL certificate creates an encrypted link between a website and a visitor’s browser.  This link ensures that all data passed between the website and the visitor’s browser remains private and secure.  This in turn prevents hackers from stealing private information such as credit card numbers, names and addresses. As part of the process of issuing an SSL Certificate, the Certificate Issuing Authority authenticates the purchasing company's identity.
  • How can I tell Cheztoon is SSL certified?
    • URL starts with https:// rather than http://  That extra ‘s’ means your connection to is secure and encrypted and any data you enter is safely shared with us.  The SSL certification shows the padlock, HTTPS, business name and business country in the address bar. 
  • Is Cheztoon PCI Compliant?
    • Yes! PCI compliance, which stands for payment card industry compliance, is a process that keeps customer card data secure. In order to maintain PCI compliance, Cheztoon must pass a self-assessment questionnaire every 12 months and a site scan every 3 months.

  • What are the shipping costs and options?

For the Contiguous United States:

  • Standard Shipping 2-7 Day Delivery for an order $69 and over is free.  Free shipping only applies to the contiguous United States.
  • Standard shipping rate for order under $69:
    • 0.1 to 0.99 1bs  $4.95
    • 1lb to 2.99 lbs   $7.95
    • 3lbs to 4.99 lbs $11.95
    • 5 lbs & greater  $14.95 and up
  • Standard shipments may take longer than 2-7 days based on the delivery address as well as the majority of carriers are experiencing delays until further notice.  We appreciate your understanding and patience!
  • For Expedited Shipping options, please email us at for more information. Most major carriers are not guaranteeing delivery times until further notice.

For the Non-Contiguous United States:

  • We ship to the non-contiguous United States, however for an order $69 and over, free shipping does not apply.  Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

    • Which countries do you ship to?
      • We currently only ship to the United States. If you are interested in placing an order with us outside of the United States, please email us, and we will let you know if possible to ship to you.  Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Customs taxes vary. In the event an additional fee is required for delivery, you assume responsibility.

    • Is your packaging discreet?
      • We respect your privacy. You'll receive your products in a completely generic, nondescript mail package. The package contents and our website will not be disclosed on the box for anyone to see.  All of our products are either mailed in plain brown boxes or standard issued packaging from UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Occasionally we use opaque padded envelopes, but never for anything breakable or discernible. Return address is nondescript. Your order may arrive in multiple boxes.  

    • Can I track my order?
      • Yes! You will receive an email confirmation on how to track your order once a tracking number is assigned.  

    Returns FAQs

    • What is your return policy?  
      • Given the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on purchased products unless defective upon delivery. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers.   Click here for more information on our return policy.
    • What if an item is defective?
      • If there is a manufacturer defect in any product we sell, we will replace it with the same item if you contact us within 15 days after the product has been delivered to you. 
      • How to return a defective item:
      • Please contact customer service at within 15 days after the shipment has been delivered to request a return authorization. Pre-authorization is required.  Once your return is approved, you will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must accompany your return in order to be processed.  We will not accept any return without one.
      • Once you receive your RMA number, please return the defective item(s) in their original packaging, within 30 days after the shipment has been delivered, to the address we will provide you. Items returned without original packaging will NOT be refunded or exchanged, so please keep all packaging for the 30 day return period. If you have further questions or problems, please contact us.

    Wishlist FAQs

    • How to add an item to a wishlist?
      • From the product page, click the “In Wishlist” button.
    • How do I find the items I have added to a wishlist?
      • Once you add an item to a wishlist, a wishlist tab will appear on the right hand side of the screen.  Click the wishlist tab to review all items in your wishlist.  
    • How do I access my wishlist if I do not see it on the right hand side of the screen?
      • Go to any product page, click the “In Wishlist” button, and the wishlist tab will appear.
    • How do I save my wishlist?
      • Create a Cheztoon Loyalty Account and your wishlist will be saved.
      • Go to the wishlist tab, click “go to wishlist page”, then click “save my wishlist” and enter your email address.
    • How to create a new wishlist?
      • From the wishlist tab or page, click “add a new list”.  You can name your wishlist as well as move items to and from the various wishlists you create.  
    • How to share your wishlist with friends?
      • From the wishlist tab or page, click the “share” button and follow the instructions based on the share button you choose.  For the email icon, once you click, you then enter your email address, write a personal message to your friends, and enter all of the email addresses of the friends you are sharing with, then click “Share”.

    Loyalty Program FAQs

    • How do Cheztoon Pleasure Points work?
      • Be sure to create an account with our loyalty program to earn Pleasure Points.  Cheztoon Pleasure Points earned will vary depending on the current promotions.  For redemption, each point is worth 1.4 cents.  So 350 points equals a $5.00 discount towards future purchases with the use of a discount code at checkout.  700 points equals $10.00 towards future purchases as either a discount code or gift code at checkout.  
    • How do I create a Loyalty Program account?
      • Click on the Rewards icon on the bottom right corner of the screen and click the ‘Create a Store Account’.  You can also click the person icon at the top right corner, to the left of MY CART.
    • How do I reset my password?
      • Enter your email address, and select “Forgot your Password?  Enter your email again and click ‘Submit’.
    • How do I earn Pleasure Points?
      • There are many ways to earn Pleasure Points.  First, you must create an account which earns you 150 points. 
        • Subscribe to newsletter 125 points
        • Leave a review 200 points
        • Enter your birthday and receive 75 points on your birthday
        • For every dollar spent (excluding shipping & tax) you earn 1 point
        • For every $350 spent you get 700 points
        • Refer a friend, they get $10 discount and you receive a $10 discount
    • How do I redeem by Pleasure Points?
      • Log into your account, go to the Rewards tab on the bottom right hand corner, go to the Get Rewards tab and click COPY for any rewards you have earned.  Paste the gift card or discount code at Checkout to redeem.
